The Supply Chain Analyst will combine data analysis and operational research to drive high-impact and transformational initiatives that improve Supply Chain performance and reduce expenses. The job involves data analysis and recommendation for improvements and changes based on the analysis being performed. The analyst will work independently and cross-functionally on special projects as assigned and will also be expected to identify and pursue new opportunities. The role is highly dynamic and will include responsibilities such as but not limited to KPI & expense reporting, forecasting, process design and improvement, advanced modeling, and operational support during Peak times Essential Functions: Identify reporting and visibility gaps and design influential dashboards and reports that improve day-to-day tactical decision-making. Partner with cross-functional teams in Merchandising and Planning to optimize upstream processes and reduce variability and cost throughout supply chain. Continuously improve supply chain processes in terms of efficiency, accuracy, and data capture that enables reporting and analytics. Solve challenging ad hoc problems that require collecting both qualitative and quantitative insights and providing recommendations. Drive change through thorough data analysis with recommendations for improvements and changes. Assist in guiding long term supply chain strategy through advanced modeling and operational research. Assist in managing SQL database on Snowflake platform and distributing business intelligence through data modeling, data capture, and view authorship that improves self-service capability of operational teams. Perform systems and root cause analysis as needed for managing ongoing operations. Champion analytics and fact-based decision making across the organization. Exercise discretion and independent judgment and work under minimal supervision while performing the required data analysis and operational research. Requires designated hybrid in-office work schedule
