Requirements

  • Experience: 1-2 years in supply chain, inventory management, forecasting, or logistics, ideally in a high-volume, multi-location environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with data analysis and Excel
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented, with the ability to make independent decisions and thrive in a team setting

Responsibilities

  • Analyze and communicate supply chain updates to domestic and international teams, supporting various internal businesses
  • Maintain and update planning tools for finished goods, reordering, and scheduling.
  • Communicate out-of-stock items and recovery timelines to internal stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales demand and identify inventory requirements to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Conduct inventory analyses to identify out of stock items and drive the initiative to regain optimal stock balances
  • Leverage business intelligence tools to analyze supply chain performance and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to meet timelines and delivery schedules.
  • Partner with sales, operations, and production to improve forecasting accuracy and shipment planning.
  • Forecasting inventory levels and building reports based on demand forecasts, sales trends and production capabilities to ensure product availability while minimizing excess inventory and out of stock skus.
  • Collaborating with our Wholesale, Amazon, E-commerce, Marketplaces and International teams on a wide range of ad hoc projects
  • Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for management and sales teams.
