Design, build, and maintain department‑wide analytics, dashboards, KPIs, and automated reporting tools. Manage data sources for the Supply Chain department, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all functions. Develop and administer scorecards for supplier performance, production planning, service levels, inventory accuracy, and financial metrics. Produce daily, weekly, and monthly reporting packages used by Supply Chain leadership, Production Control, Metals Buying, Procurement, and Purchasing. Support SIOP processes with data preparation, trend analysis, and forecast performance tracking. Analyze demand, supply, scrap flows, inventory positions, and purchasing activity to identify risks and opportunities. Engage with cross‑functional partners to understand analytical needs and convert them into structured reporting solutions. Support strategic initiatives by providing advanced data modeling and analysis. Perform root‑cause investigations related to supply interruptions, inventory variances, and supplier issues using data insights. Ensure compliance with company data governance, documentation standards, and reporting protocols.
