We are currently hiring a Supply Chain Analyst in Lewisville, Texas!

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.
0–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations.
Strong interest in transportation, procurement, or global supply chains.
Attention to detail, strong learning mindset, and comfort with data and Excel.

Nice To Haves

Exposure to transportation or logistics operations (parcel, LTL, air, ocean, 3PLs)
Experience with procurement or purchasing processes.
Familiarity with ERP, TMS, or procurement systems (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, NetSuite).
Experience building reports or KPIs and working cross‑functionally.

Responsibilities

Plan and optimize inbound and outbound shipments across parcel, LTL, air, and ocean transportation modes.
Track shipments and proactively resolve exceptions with carriers, distribution centers, labs, and customer service teams.
Assist with import and export compliance, including customs documentation and processes.
Support carrier sourcing initiatives, RFP analysis, and transportation performance measurement.
Prepare and submit purchase requisitions in accordance with company policies.
Create and manage purchase orders, including expediting, updating, or closing orders as required.
Investigate and resolve open or aging purchase orders.
Resolve pricing, quantity, or delivery discrepancies with suppliers and internal teams.
Support supplier relationship management, audits, catalog maintenance, and data accuracy.
Maintain organized documentation and procurement records.
