About The Position

We’re looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll take ownership of LTL pricing strategy—developing competitive benchmarks, managing RFPs, and uncovering cost-saving opportunities for both our clients and organization.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Analytics or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain pricing, logistics analysis (or equivalent combination)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, modeling, reporting)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word
  • Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
  • Experience working with pricing models, benchmarking, or statistical analysis
  • Ability to clearly present findings to internal teams and clients
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems with limited standardization
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and analyze and maintain LTL pricing benchmarks for new and existing clients
  • Identify opportunities to improve savings and optimize pricing strategies
  • Lead the full lifecycle of LTL RFPs—from creation to implementation
  • Analyze carrier bids and negotiate improved pricing
  • Track RFP progress and communicate updates to key stakeholders
  • Report projected and realized savings
  • Conduct annual carrier reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities
  • Evaluate carrier performance and implement pricing improvements
  • Maintain and update carrier tariffs and pricing structures
  • Monitor and resolve pricing discrepancies within freight audit processes
  • Maintain Carrier Rules Tariffs (CRTA) in internal systems
  • Ensure contract accuracy and compliance
  • Partner with Account Directors, Customer Experience, Implementation, and Leadership teams
  • Communicate pricing updates, RFP status, and key insights
  • Support and mentor junior team members
  • Develop monthly reports on launches, renewals, RFP performance, and carrier metrics
  • Identify and implement improvements in pricing models and analytics
  • Leverage advanced Excel and other tools to enhance reporting and insights
