Leidos’ Defense Systems Land Systems Business Area, RF Systems Division is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Supply Chain Analyst to support supply chain activities for a radar system program. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional interested in defense or advanced technology systems. The analyst will support supplier coordination, sparing analysis, inventory management, hardware configuration tracking, compliance with the Trade Agreements Act (TAA), and coordination with the Leidos Global Supply Chain Team to procure materials and services in support of program needs. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of inventory management and supply chain principles.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Position will frequently require lifting and moving products and parts weighing up to seventy-five (75) pounds, standing, walking, sitting, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders and stairs, and working in small, restricted areas in both indoor and outdoor locations.
  • Must be able to obtain an active DoD SECRET clearance.
  • Must be a US Citizen.

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in defense, aerospace, or complex hardware systems is a plus.
  • Internship, co-op, or academic experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Support day-to-day communication with suppliers providing radar system components and services. Assist in tracking supplier performance related to delivery, quality, and compliance. Coordinate with suppliers to support obsolescence planning, including end-of-life notifications, last-time buys, and mitigation strategies. Work with internal engineering, logistics, and program teams to communicate supplier obsolescence risks and recommended actions. Support procurement activities and issue resolution related to supplier constraints or changes.
  • Sparing Analysis: Work closely with the Leidos Global Supply Chain Team to support the procurement of radar system hardware, spares, and related services. Support forecasting and planning of spare parts to ensure availability while controlling costs. Track spare parts consumption and help identify trends or potential risks.
  • Inventory Management: Help monitor inventory levels of radar system hardware and spare parts. Support inventory reconciliation, cycle counts, and documentation accuracy. Assist in identifying excess, obsolete, or at-risk inventory.
  • Hardware Configuration Management: Maintain records of hardware configurations and part numbers for radar systems. Support configuration change tracking and documentation updates. Coordinate with engineering and logistics teams to ensure configuration accuracy.
  • Trade Agreements Act (TAA) Compliance: Assist in verifying supplier and product compliance with the Trade Agreements Act. Help collect and maintain country-of-origin documentation. Support audits and reporting related to TAA and other procurement compliance requirements.
