We are looking for a Supply Chain Analyst to support day‑to‑day operations across the North American Supply Chain for both the U.S. and Canada. This role focuses on replenishment execution, forecasting, demand planning support, assortment analysis, product loss tracking, and reporting. The Analyst contributes specialized technical and analytical expertise to improve supply chain performance and support ongoing optimization and growth initiatives. The role will be a mix of steady state activities while also being involved in the evolution of the Circle K Supply Chain through project management, pilot and proof of concept programs, and the validation/deployment of forward-facing tech solutioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or related field preferred. Other combinations of career/job-related experience and/or education may be substituted
  • Based in or near the Charlotte metro area – role reports on site at the Charlotte office
  • Two to four years of experience in end-to-end supply chain within retail, CPG, food service, or broadline/systems-based distribution is highly desirable
  • Must have the ability to manage and prioritize multiple work streams in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  • Demonstrated skill in analyzing and addressing moderately complex issues
  • Must have demonstrated leadership skills, possess the ability to influence others, and be data driven in everyday decision making
  • An entrepreneurial spirit interested and experienced in overhauling/building out functionalities from scratch
  • Experience with Business Intelligence platforms, data sets, and visualized analytics. Microsoft Power BI and query-based functionality in Excel/Access
  • Ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with various internal corporate teams, business units and a large base of external 3rd party vendors/suppliers
  • Willing and able to travel (10-15%) within North America

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing and monitoring replenishment activity across a large multi‑site distribution network
  • Supporting demand planning and forecasting for new items, seasonal shifts, limited‑time offers, and perishable categories
  • Providing analytical support to merchandising on assortment rationalization and distribution pathway evaluation
  • Supporting key category initiatives for Food and Private Brands through reporting, analysis, and data insights
  • Monitoring product loss, shrink, and spoilage; identifying patterns and opportunities for mitigation
  • Working with FP&A and distribution partners on inventory working capital reporting and analysis
  • Tracking distributor performance through KPI reporting and SLA monitoring
  • Contributing and driving enterprise supply chain projects cross functionally and with external partners
  • Enhancing dashboards and business intelligence tools within the Supply Chain Control Tower (Power BI)
  • Identifying process gaps and raising potential improvement opportunities to Supply Chain leadership
