Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred; Business degree is preferred; customer service experience; order management expertise
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service/vendor service
  • Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with SAP, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook

Responsibilities

  • Generating orders as well as creating and maintaining inventory plans.
  • Provide analytical support to supply chain projects and initiatives. Manage on-going business needs.
  • Assist Planning and Supply Chain management in meeting designated metrics. Keep an open line of communication at all times.
  • Coordinate and research performance data and conduct analysis required to monitor and report technology to streamline and improve the accuracy of the reporting process
