About The Position

Meta's Enterprise Supply Chain team within the Enterprise Solutions organization is seeking a skilled and ambitious Supply Chain Analyst. This role is designed for professionals with a robust foundation in engineering principles and supply chain operations, who are committed about driving process improvement and operational success. You will leverage methodologies such as Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to analyze, design, and optimize systems and processes across Meta's global supply chain. You have an understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, service delivery, and vendor management. You have experience applying engineering and analytical approaches to solve complex operational challenges and use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure performance. You have a proven track record in designing and enhancing business systems and processes for scalable, efficient operations.

Requirements

  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining a Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience. Degree must be completed prior to joining Meta.
  • Bachelor's degree (4-year) in Supply Chain, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing environments (IT or high-tech industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of E2E supply chain and business systems analysis.
  • Demonstrated experience in process improvement (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.).
  • Direct experience working with and managing vendor suppliers.
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated experience working cross-functionally and managing multiple priorities in a results first environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with business systems design, data analytics, dashboard development, and business intelligence tools.
  • Familiarity with contract management and vendor negotiations.
  • Prior experience supporting confidential business programs.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimize confidential internal partner programs by designing and improving operational systems and processes.
  • Apply process engineering methodologies to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service levels.
  • Centralize and standardize operations with key vendor suppliers, including system and process design for contract management, performance measurement, and collaboration tools.
  • Build relationships and manage performance with external vendors.
  • Gather business requirements, analyze operational needs, and partner with BI and engineering teams to design, implement, and maintain dashboards, metrics, and business systems that enable actionable insights and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, proactively managing priorities, expectations, and alignment on business objectives.

Benefits
