This role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials through Pierre Fabre's supply chain to ensure patient supply. The role will be responsible for overseeing network shipping and distribution, domestic and international movement of materials, and helping to move product within the Pierre Fabre network.

  • Support daily management of distribution plans
  • Coordinate with requestors to initiate and support movement of commercial and clinical drug product, stability and testing samples, and intermediate materials between sites
  • Monitor and enter data into vendor specific container and courier platforms
  • Provide rolling monthly forecasts of pending shipments to contract manufacturing organizations
  • Manage EU commercial inventory (Resupply and Patient inventory/orders) transfers from CDMOs to EU hub
  • Ensure adherence to GMPs and local and international regulations
  • Coordinate material requests for finished goods, intermediate, and sample shipping to the depots or partner sites
  • Complete all cGMP documentation
  • Build and maintain distribution operations in-take, shipment tracking and closure management tools
  • Create visual analytics and dashboards for easy consumption of distribution and logistics data
  • Recommend and pursue process/system improvements
  • Develop distribution network maps, Visio and geographical
  • Optimize material request process and streamline in-take process
  • Other supply chain duties as assigned
  • Bachelor's degree in applicable field required and 5 years of minimum experience
  • Minimum of 3 years Supply Chain experience, with emphasis on planning, inventory and logistics management
  • Experience initiating and monitoring chain of custody for domestic and international shipments of biological materials while meeting import/export requirements
  • ERP/MRP experience preferred
  • Microsoft Dynamics and AX2012 experience is a plus
  • Six Sigma Lean Green Belt and/or APICs/ASCM certificate preferred
  • Experience managing working with cross-functional teams both internally and externally
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel visual analytics, pivot tables and automation, PowerPoint, Visio
  • Smart sheet and/or Monday.com dashboard/ in-take build out and analytics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
