About The Position

You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Supply Chain Analyst in Richland, WA, you will be part of the proven team in the Fuel Business Unit. Your work will include using the SAP ERP system and associated data to manage material procurements, inventory, production planning, and vendors. You will participate and manage qualifications on behalf of Supply Chain, monitor upcoming requisitions, purchase orders, and deliveries to ensure parts are on the shelf at least 30 days prior to production. Additionally, you will manage daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly SAP ERP data, pricing, and reporting for supply chain, manage supplier document submittals to ensure minimal upsets to production, execute special projects within Supply Chain that involve leading organizational change, and execute routine procurement tasks along with various strategic items as assigned. This position requires up to 25% travel.

Requirements

  • Completed a BS in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related discipline
  • At least 4 years of experience in a related role
  • MRP system experience in planning, procurement or inventory management
  • Experience with Excel using formulas along with manipulating and analyzing data
  • Ability to multi-task several projects at once
  • Experience in driving improvement projects
  • Organized and detail oriented

Responsibilities
