In addition to the responsibilities listed below, this position is also responsible for ensuring all supplies are available in the appropriate clinical/non-clinical location at time of case by performing standard inventory transactions/procedures with limited guidance; implementing procedures to ensure ongoing availability of products with some guidance; supporting the maintenance of inventory databases and libraries with some guidance; creating dashboards, scorecards on use, and inventory management; ensuring the effective maintenance of inventory management databases and systems by implementing standard system changes with limited guidance; assisting users in resolving standard problems; conducting training of new system users; implementing appropriate changes or enhancements in Information Technology inventory systems with some guidance; using and maintaining technical systems and processes with some guidance to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards; and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations by monitoring the maintenance, calibration, temperature and humidity records with some guidance.
