Andersen Corporation – Dubuque, IA needs an Analyst II to serve to apply practical supply chain knowledge to identify, analyze, and solve problems within a single value stream, as well as implements and supports continuous improvements and business process changes.

Requirements

  • A master’s degree in management of technology or closely related field
  • 36 months of experience as a Supply Chain analyst (or closely related field).
  • 36 months work experience must include experience in: Purchasing, inventory control, demand planning, supplier relationship management, and other supply chain initiatives
  • Knowledge of managing projects with the continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Six Sigma, PDCA, 5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Fishbone
  • Knowledge of relevant supply chain technologies, such as ERP, Manufacturing Executions Systems, Warehouse Management systems
  • Ability to develop Power BI dashboards to make supply chain decisions and track KPIs

Responsibilities

  • Participate in supply chain projects within the value stream with consideration to the entire supply chain (plan, source, make, deliver).
  • Provide a high degree of planning analysis to support decision making.
  • Develop power BI dashboards to track KPIs.
  • Optimize supply planning parameters that align with business requirements for service and inventory, including coordination of services and material to match production demands.
  • Identify supply chain problem areas and drive improvement in service, reduce costs, and increase inventory turns.
  • Utilize supply chain and lean tools such as Kanban, 5Y, Plan-Do-Check-Act, value stream mapping, and A3 thinking.
