About The Position

Novetus Engineering LLC is looking to fill a Supply Chain Administrator position. Supply Chain/Procurement/Contracts: Develop Proposals, Work Orders, Secondment Agreements, and Professional Service Agreements with/for clients and subcontractors. Coordinate and manage the supply chain process from start to finish. Ensure that all materials and products are delivered on time and within budget. Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed. Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all supply chain needs are met. Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers. Requirements

  • BS Degree in Business field
  • Bachelor's degree in a business, finance or supply chain field is preferred.
  • 1-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Administrator or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and supply chain management software.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in a business, finance or supply chain field is preferred.
