This is a limited-term position based in Bellevue, WA. The Supply Chain Administrator (Limited Term Role) supports procurement and supply chain operations with a primary focus on contract lifecycle management. This position ensures supplier agreements, scopes of work, and compliance documents are accurately maintained and executed. The position provides critical administrative, analytical, and coordination support to keep contract renewal and vendor engagement running smoothly. The Supply Chain Administrator works closely with vendors, other procurement team members, and internal teams to gather missing documentation and develop a central database to ensure compliance.

  • Review and format contracts, agreements, amendments, and renewals under guidance from the procurement and safety teams.
  • Maintain a centralized contract repository ensuring version control, expiration tracking and compliance with company standards.
  • Coordinate with legal, procurement, and safety to secure required approvals and signatures.
  • Ensure collection and storage of supplier compliance documentation (COI's, W-9, licenses, safety documentation, etc.).
  • Support supplier onboarding, ensuring contracts and compliance requirements are completed prior to engagement.
  • Maintain accurate contract data, supplier records, and key contract fields within Salesforce.
  • Respond to internal inquires related to contract status and terms.
  • Identify and support opportunities to streamline contract workflows and improve visibility of contractual responsibilities.
  • Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
  • 2+ years of experience working within a procurement, purchasing, strategic sourcing, or other related department.
  • Must be proficient using Microsoft suite of tools, including Excel and SharePoint.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of vendors, and general procurement processes.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Understanding of supplier contracts, compliance requirements, and documentation.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization skills, and document management capabilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
