About The Position

The Supply Chain Account Manager at DP World is responsible for the operational and technical management of assigned accounts, ensuring optimal service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves maintaining strong relationships with global customers, driving operational excellence, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain. The position requires a strategic approach to account management, focusing on compliance, performance monitoring, and the execution of customer-specific initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or Project Management (minimum 3 years of experience).
• Strong analytical thinker with advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to manipulate data in Excel utilizing formulas, V Look Up, and other advanced functions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint for presentations.
• Knowledge of Infor Nexus System is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate professionally with co-workers and vendors at all levels.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in 3PL either on the provider or customer side.
• Project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the overall execution of account at an operations management level.
• Maintain strong contact/relationships with global customers and ACS regions supporting those customers.
• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of customer's business and associated supply chain requirements.
• Drive operational excellence, improvement, and operational SOP execution/compliance/quality.
• Create internal performance score-carding and conduct root cause analysis.
• Develop and ensure necessary metrics/KPIs are maintained for all operational aspects of the business.
• Implement solutions to address and correct identified issues proactively.
• Monitor service levels to ensure performance statistics meet customer and ACS contractual requirements.
• Ensure compliance to operational, regulatory, and administrative policies and procedures.
• Analyze both new and existing businesses to generate additional revenue opportunities.
