About The Position

The Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (PLCB) is seeking a Supply Analyst 2 to join their Bureau of Planning & Procurement as an Inventory and Operations Planning (I&OP) Planner. This role focuses on evaluating forecasting standards and metrics, performing analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in inventory and operations planning. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced teamwork environment and will be responsible for developing demand forecasts, analyzing historical sales, and collaborating with various departments to improve supply chain efficiency.

Requirements

• One year as a Product and Supply Analyst or Product Associate 2; or
• Two years of analytical experience in supply chain, logistics, finance, or business operations in the consumer packaged goods industry, and a bachelor's degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand forecasts for wholesale customer accounts.
• Analyze historical sales, seasonal trends, and market data to predict demand accurately.
• Research current industry trends and forecasting methodologies to enhance processes.
• Collaborate with planning partners to provide recommendations, reports, and analysis.
• Act as the subject matter expert in demand planning and analytics within the assigned department.
