Keysight is seeking a highly motivated, results‑driven Supplier Relationship Manager to join the New Product Introduction (NPI) Technology Procurement team within Supply Chain. This role is responsible for managing critical supplier relationships that support Keysight’s internal precision manufacturing organization, which delivers high‑precision machined, plated, and assembled mechanical components used across markets including 5G, semiconductor, aerospace and defense, and automotive. Responsibilities include negotiating commercial agreements, monitoring supplier performance, assessing supplier capabilities and capacity, and developing and executing project plans in support of NPI and production needs. The position requires independent judgment and action aligned to broad objectives, with regular interaction across functional teams including R&D Management, R&D Engineering, Supply Chain Planning and Procurement, Manufacturing Operations, and Global Procurement. This role may also participate in or lead process improvement initiatives related to NPI execution, resourcing, cost reduction, and quality improvement. This is an on‑site role located at either Keysight Headquarters in Santa Rosa, CA, or Keysight’s Colorado Springs site. Daily, in‑person collaboration with internal customers is required to be successful in this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA), or similar experience, in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, International Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, sourcing, or supplier management roles, with a demonstrated track record of results.
  • Working knowledge of MRP methodology and ERP systems (e.g., Oracle or SAP) within production and New Product Introduction (NPI) environments.
  • Previous experience interacting with suppliers, such as supporting sourcing activities, managing quotations and lead times, participating in supplier negotiations, and addressing cost, quality, and delivery topics.
  • Understanding of commercial contracting concepts, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and Non‑Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize, retain, and clearly communicate complex information.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence across organizational boundaries and collaborate effectively within cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to adapt messaging to different audiences and demonstrate active listening.
  • Highly organized and detail‑oriented, with the ability to multi‑task and remain effective in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
  • Self‑motivated and able to work independently, while supporting global and/or multi‑site operations across multiple time zones.
  • Continuous improvement mindset, valuing ongoing learning, professional development, and process improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft products

Nice To Haves

  • Experience integrating Artificial Intelligence tools into daily workflows, with an above‑average understanding of prompt usage and foundational knowledge of Generative and Agentic AI concepts.
  • Experience or interest in dashboard/app development and data visualization.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps, Power BI and Copilot.
