  • Supplier Assessments: Accurately diagnose supplier weaknesses across the QDCF-TSR (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Feature, Travel, Sustainability, Risk) framework and implement sustainable solutions.
  • Crisis Prevention: Monitor high-risk supplier development issues to prevent downtime at OEM plants; escalate critical risks through the Global Truck Technology (GTP) network.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead capacity evaluations (Run at Rate, SPR, Bottleneck Analysis) and analyze supplier investment requests to ensure volume readiness.
  • Problem Solving & Systems: Fix and develop supplier quality systems using advanced problem-solving techniques; ensure compliance with PPAP, APQP, and SPC standards.
  • Resourcing Support: Collaborate with Purchasing and Supply Chain teams to support the transition of parts and tooling away from troubled suppliers when recovery is not viable.
  • Global Collaboration: Capitalize on global knowledge sharing to implement lessons learned and best practices across a complex regional organization.
