Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in supplier quality, quality engineering, or manufacturing, preferably in automotive or similar industries.
• Experience leading APQP processes and supplier development activities.
• Skilled in conducting supplier audits based on standards like CSR, ISO 9001, IATF 16949, CQI, or MAFACT.
• Knowledge of PPAP, Run-at-Rate (R@R), and 8D problem-solving methods.
• Ability to assess supplier capabilities and monitor supplier performance.
• Good understanding of quality management systems and continuous improvement tools.
• Comfortable using supplier quality software like QPF, or QLPS.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with tooling audits and supplier payment processes is a plus.
• Quality certifications like CQE, Six Sigma, or auditor certifications are beneficial but not required.
