About The Position

High-Impact Role – Ensure aerospace components meet stringent quality and regulatory requirements Professional Growth – Expand your expertise in AS9100/AS9102, Lean, and Six Sigma methodologies Collaborative Environment – Work closely with engineering, procurement, and program teams to resolve quality challenges Travel Opportunities – Engage directly with suppliers and lead audits across diverse locations Your Role & Responsibilities Ensure suppliers meet contractual, specification, and regulatory requirements Conduct process, product, and quality system audits (AS9100/AS9102) Investigate nonconforming materials and lead root-cause analysis Implement corrective and preventive actions using 8D/RCCA methodologies Review and approve supplier First Article Inspection (FAI) packages per AS9102 standards Monitor supplier performance metrics and drive improvements through Lean and Six Sigma principles Ensure suppliers maintain approved QMS (AS9100/ISO9001) and comply with aerospace standards Review technical documentation, manufacturing plans, and configuration management Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and program teams to resolve quality issues Represent Expleo USA and our client in supplier interactions and audits Skills & Experience You Should Possess 5+ years in aerospace supplier quality or manufacturing/quality engineering Strong knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, APQP, SPC, GD&T Experience with RCCA/8D, FAI, and corrective action processes Ability to travel to supplier sites (~25–50%) Bonus Points If You Have: Lean/Six Sigma certification Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar) Experience with composite and metallic aerospace structures Education & Certifications You Need: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related) What We Offer At Expleo USA, we value expertise, innovation, and collaboration. Requirements

• 5+ years in aerospace supplier quality or manufacturing/quality engineering
• Strong knowledge of AS9100, AS9102, APQP, SPC, GD&T
• Experience with RCCA/8D, FAI, and corrective action processes
• Ability to travel to supplier sites (~25–50%)
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, or related)

Nice To Haves

• Lean/Six Sigma certification
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP or similar)
• Experience with composite and metallic aerospace structures
