About The Position

You will be the Supplier Quality Engineer Senior for the Lockheed Martin Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) team. Requirements

  • STEM degree at the bachelor's level or equivalent experience/combined education.
  • Must have the ability to obtain a secret clearance; candidate must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Quality engineering experience developing and reviewing quality standards, methods, work instructions and procedures for the inspection of manufactured and procured products.
  • Able to interpret drawings and specifications to develop and apply quality test, inspection methods and work instructions.
  • Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Demonstrated ability to use causal analysis tools
  • Experience in disposition of non-conforming products.
  • Knowledge of Configuration and Data Management.
  • Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Effective strong communication skills, written, oral, listening, technical writing.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including team building and collaboration.
  • Demonstrated presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule (after hours or weekends when needed)

Nice To Haves

  • STEM degree at the bachelor's level or above highly preferred.
  • In depth knowledge and experience in Quality processes and procedures.
  • Effectively interact with Suppliers, Quality Program Management, Technical Operations, Manufacturing, Government Representatives, and other stakeholders.
  • Engineering drawing review experience.
  • Experience with First Article Inspections to AS9102 requirements.
  • AS9100 interpretation and application experience.
