About The Position
As Senior Manager, Supplier Performance Management, within our Source 2 Procure Function ("S2P") you will lead the strategy, structure, and execution of performance management for FanDuel's most critical suppliers. In collaboration with Supplier Risk, Strategic Sourcing, Negotiation & Contracting, Business Owners, and Procurement Operations you will drive supplier accountability, ensure service excellence, and maximize the long-term value from our supplier base through targeted improvement plans, joint business reviews, and performance analytics. In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.
