About The Position

The Supplier Performance Manager is responsible for expediting the most critical parts for our customers. This role plays a key part in enhancing overall supply chain performance, improving delivery performance, and fostering collaboration with both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree: Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Finance or related field required
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, supply chain, or a related SIOP function
  • Experience with Business Intelligence tools (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization and reporting
  • Strong background in data mining, analysis, and reporting
  • 3+ years of experience leading and deploying SIOP processes successfully
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including demand planning, replenishment strategies, and supplier collaboration
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and make informed recommendations
  • Proficiency in inventory optimization techniques, including safety stock calculations and lead time management
  • Experience in developing and managing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to inventory performance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to engage effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, data analysis, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.

  • 120.15. Some positions will require current U.S. Citizenship due to contract requirements.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Expedite customer critical parts with our suppliers
  • Meet on-site at suppliers to ensure FDH parts are receiving appropriate attention and focus
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor supplier delivery performance, identify trends, and recommend adjustments to optimize on-time delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Ensure timely and efficient replenishment processes by managing inventory targets and coordinating with suppliers
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to provide visibility into delivery performance and key metrics
  • Partner with customers and suppliers to align forecasting, lead times, and order fulfillment strategies
  • Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) with strategic partner suppliers
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives for delivery performance, leveraging technology and data-driven insights
  • Ensure adherence to compliance requirements and contractual agreements related to inventory management
  • Support system enhancements and automation initiatives to improve data accuracy and process efficiencies
  • Other duties as assigned
