About The Position
We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to oversee the Performance function within the Supplier Management Office (SMO). This role is critical to shaping and executing our supplier oversight strategy, ensuring consistent performance management and accountability across the enterprise. You will be instrumental in building and evolving a hybrid operating model that centralizes oversight of key third parties within the SMO while also supporting Supplier Relationship Owners (SROs) outside the SMO. This individual will collaborate closely with risk partners, business units, and leadership to ensure our third-party risk management (TPRM) practices align with US regulatory standards and meet expectations across a global operating environment.
