About The Position

WHAT WE'RE DOING As a Delivery Administration & Management Senior Staff, you will be instrumental in transforming our Supply Chain operations material delivery performance and executing strategic initiatives to support of end product deliveries across all of RMS. Provide insight on design and development of metrics/dashboards to support Supply Chain operations material deliveries. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years supply chain experience demonstrated ability to build relationships ability to operate in highly matrixed environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with data visualization tools & material tools (e.i., Tableau, SAP, SMM, SDS, etc).
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to train and support team members.
  • Aerospace experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Travel to internal customer and supplier sites for meetings and reviews - 20% to 30%
  • Liaison with internal business area Operations internal customer to gather priorities, initiatives and deliver value.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Program teams to develop risk profiles for material and return to green plans.
  • Help lead change management and training to Delivery Management team.
  • Manage projects to ensure timely and effective implementation of solutions.
  • Use metrics to drive impact and business decisions.
