About The Position

As a Supplier Manager for Microsoft MW/CoPilot, you will develop relationships with Microsoft PSS and others to gain a competitive advantage on sales opportunities and advocate for Arrow within Microsoft. You will serve as a resource for the sales team, assisting in selling Microsoft solutions to customers and positioning Arrow appropriately at both corporate and local levels. Your role will involve identifying specific market segments and customers to market tailored solutions, working with Arrow sales teams to develop strategies for growth, and implementing initiatives to ease business interactions with Microsoft. You will also need to understand Microsoft programs and incentives related to your assigned products, build and execute business plans, drive Microsoft resources into customer engagements, and manage the pipeline and forecast for Microsoft solutions.

Requirements

  • Enterprise level SaaS and Services sales success focused on margin.
  • Experience selling through the Channel SaaS based solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience in Microsoft Cloud Sales.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and take a new perspective using existing solutions.
  • Process oriented and analytical.
  • Strong proficiency in SF.com and forecasting accuracy.
  • Self-starter, gritty, and coachable.
  • Team oriented leader.
  • Strong work ethic and proven track record in a KPI based Sales Model.
  • 4-year degree with a minimum of 6+ years of experience working in the channel.

Responsibilities

  • Drive influential Microsoft resources into customer engagements.
  • Plan and prepare for QBRs and attend regional QBRs as required.
  • Own the pipeline and forecast for Microsoft solutions.
