Job Description Our Fortune 100 financial services client is seeking a Supplier Enablement Product Manager to oversee and manage the supplier enablement process for virtual card solutions. What you’ll do: Oversee and manage the supplier enablement process for virtual card solutions. Develop and execute strategies to onboard and integrate suppliers effectively. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and execute enablement needs. Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on supplier enablement, providing guidance and support. Secure buy-in from the sales team and participate in client-facing calls. Challenge the status quo as an industry consultant, providing insights on how the sector operates. Analyze industry trends and competitor activities to inform product development. Create and maintain detailed documentation of enablement processes and best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supplier enablement efficiency. Conduct training sessions and workshops for suppliers and internal teams. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to supplier enablement. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Act as a change agent by challenging legacy processes, educating team members on the benefits of virtual cards, and driving the advancement of virtual card adoption.
