About The Position

As a Supplier Document Coordinator will support and assist Kiewit Engineers with the management of engineering supplier documents in accordance with government/company regulations for various design projects. Requirements

Responsibilities

  • processing and managing internal and external distribution of engineering supplier documentation on incoming and outgoing workflows
  • preparing transmittals for document distribution as directed
  • updating and maintaining engineering document management systems
  • updating and maintaining various distribution matrices and document trackers for engineering records
  • following processes and standards to ensure adherences to project requirements
