The Supplier Diversity Outreach Lead drives regional outreach efforts to strengthen Michels’ presence as a trusted community partner. This role leads initiatives to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse suppliers, minority and industry trade organizations, and customer diversity teams. The position is responsible for identifying and supporting diverse businesses, ensuring alignment with project‑specific diversity goals, and championing Michels’ commitment to supplier diversity. Success in this role requires excellent relationship‑building skills, strong networking abilities, and the confidence to collaborate and present effectively to both internal and external stakeholders. The anticipated salary range is $95,000 to $124,000. This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experience, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Why Michels?
