Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in business, engineering, or materials management.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years' experience working in an engineering, continuous improvement, or program management role.
  • Possess analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices.
  • Must have advanced computer skills and proficiency at Microsoft software suite.
  • Must be an innovator and embrace lean enterprises principles and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct onsite supplier audits to evaluate supplier health and business risk.
  • Conduct evaluation of supplier's process capability, capacity, delivery performance, output, and reporting of supplier performance.
  • Support strategic sourcing department with the execution of work transfers including supplier evaluation/selection, review and completion of the work transfer stage gates.
