This position is for a general Orthopedic surgeon.
Requirements
- Graduate of four-year U.S. Medical School or equivalent.
- Completion of ACGME accredited residency in orthopedic surgery.
- Fellowship in subspecialty area of orthopedic surgery preferred.
- Medical License for the applicable state.
- Membership on LPH Medical Staff.
- Board Eligible/Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.
- CPR certification.
- BLS from the American Heart Association
- Two to three years’ experience in the management of orthopedic patients preferred.
- Follows guidelines set forth in Legacy’s Values in Action.
