All study tables are led by SI Leaders who have succeeded in the course and completed pedagogy training in order to design their own activities using research-supported practices. Successful SI leaders are learning facilitators, not teachers. No experience in learning support is needed to apply. SI leaders hired from this applicant pool will undergo training prior to facilitating study tables. Continued employment is based on program funding; course support needs; and positive, professional performance. Successful candidates will be paid $15.15 per hour during training and $16.00 per hour after completing training.
