The Supplemental Health Account Executive will be responsible for driving new business sales, existing business growth, and persistency for National Accounts (employers with 3,000+ eligible). This role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our largest clients. Key areas of expertise include: Product solutions: Accidental Injury (AI), Critical Illness (CI), and Hospital Care (HC) products, including corresponding pricing and UW strategies, Enrollment solutions: Internal capabilities and external options, Administrative solutions: Billing and claim processes. The NA SHAE role is responsible for proactive and consultative outreach designed to increase the institutional knowledge of Cigna Supplemental Health Solutions in the large case segment. The NA SHAE partners with internal colleagues in distribution, marketing, product, compliance, underwriting, and other areas to deliver compelling and valuable solutions to present to our clients and broker partners. The NA SHAE is also responsible for relationship management with existing clients as well as external partners, including brokers and consultants (Supplemental Health specialists as well as core consulting teams) and enrollment firms.
