Requirements

• High School/GED Preferred or Three years institutional cooking experience.
• Food Handlers Certification
• 2 years food preparation experience.
• High volume food preparation preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience operating Oven, Steam Cookers, Meat Slicer, Deep Fat Fryer and Grill.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food in accordance with standardized recipes and instructions of the Executive Chef or Sous Chef.
