About The Position

This is a non-benefited supplemental stipend assistant coach position. This position is responsible assisting in the coaching of a national competitive NCAA II football program, which competes in the Great Midwest Athletic Conference. Essential Functions 1. Coordinate and direct the assigned area of the Football Program. 2. Recruit quality student-athletes for the football team. 3. Develop and implement practice plans and game plans. 4. Position Type and Expected Hours of Work This is a non-benefited supplemental coach position. Candidate may be required to work on Saturday – Sunday. Travel This job requires travel with athletic team to competitions and events. Some evening and weekend work will be required. Required Education and Experience 1. Bachelor’s degree 2. Six months of coaching or playing experience at the collegiate level 3. Knowledge of intercollegiate athletic rules and regulations 4. Ability to evaluate physical performance related to intercollegiate competition 5.
