  • One year of specialized experience at a level equivalent to the next lower level within the IR-05 pay band or GS-13.
  • Experience in management/leadership, applying management techniques and principles for program objectives.
  • Experience managing resources and providing support to managers and mentoring team members.
  • Experience applying regulations and principles to oversee planning and implementation of technical programs.
  • Experience in optimizing web content for user experience and providing technical advice on digital issues.
  • Experience with digital strategy implementation for government websites.
  • Familiarity with user experience research methodologies.
