Requirements
- 1-2 years of Retail or relevant work experience
- 1 year of lead or supervisory experience
- Physical Demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders. Vision abilities include close vision color vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Involves lifting at least 25 lbs.
- Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check.
- 1 year responsible experience in clerical office or retail sales store work of any kind in which the applicant has demonstrated the ability to perform satisfactorily in the position to be filled.
- 1 year progressively responsible experience in retail sales performing the kind of duties which constitute the principal work of the position to be filled.
- Candidates must have demonstrated in their work experience or training that they possess or have potential to develop the qualities of successful supervision.
