About The Position
As a SUPERVISORY PERSONNEL SECURITY SPECIALIST (ICA), you will be responsible for overseeing DCSA's Federal Investigative Program and serving as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in various investigative standards and tools. Your role will involve supervising a team, mentoring staff, navigating complex investigative issues, identifying problems and trends, and managing multiple workloads to ensure deadlines are met efficiently. You will also be required to make decisions in areas with little to no policy guidance and assist in project management.
