Positions available for weekdays and weekends, with full-time opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Supervisory or home care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervise non-skilled caregiving staff
• Conduct supervisory visits and ensure care plan compliance
• Document visits and report updates
• Coach staff and support quality care delivery
• Communicate with clients, families, and care teams
• Participate in Medicaid evaluations as required
