Requirements

• Active Washington, DC Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience
• Strong understanding of DC non-skilled home care regulations
• Excellent assessment, leadership, and documentation skills
• Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Home care or supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial nursing assessments for personal care clients
• Develop and update individualized non-skilled care plans
• Perform required supervisory visits of home health aides
• Ensure compliance with DC Department of Health regulations
• Monitor caregiver performance and documentation
• Provide clinical guidance and support to field staff
• Communicate changes in client condition appropriately
• Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
