About The Position
This position is with the Department of Homeland Security, within U.S. Customs and Border Protection, U.S. Border Patrol, Rio Grande Valley Sector Headquarters, Mission Readiness Operations Division. The Supervisory Mission Support Specialist serves as a first-line supervisor and the Workforce Management Branch Chief, responsible for supervising the Workforce Management Branch and providing senior level advice regarding workforce management programs and operations. The position involves developing new and modified workforce management methods, approaches, and procedures for delivering effective services, as well as generating and maintaining various reports.
