About The Position

This position is located in Olympic National Park within the Facility Management Division. The role involves supervision, leadership, planning, project management, facility operation and maintenance, and participation in the park leadership team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing maintenance programs, overseeing construction and maintenance operations, and ensuring compliance with project plans.

Requirements

  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • At least one year of specialized experience comparable to the GS-13 grade level in the Federal service.
  • Experience managing maintenance programs for various facilities.
  • Experience conducting surveillance over construction and maintenance operations.
  • Ability to estimate material and labor costs for construction or maintenance projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in managing cultural resources facilities.
  • Knowledge of environmental conservation practices.
