Requirements

  • Experience in developing and implementing strategies to improve disaster recovery efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a senior level advisor to regional recovery staff and leadership on policy issues.
  • Oversee staff executing emergency recovery program operations and ensure functional responsibilities are carried out properly.
  • Develop and implement emergency management standards, regulations, practices, training, and procedures.
  • Act as a technical and programmatic expert for the Public Assistance Grant Program.
