The Supervisory Customer Relationship Specialist serves as a supervisor of the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Cell, responsible for reviewing and approving recommendations from subordinates for overall supply chain management. This role involves developing methodologies for measuring the effectiveness and efficiency of proposed improvements, representing the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) to customers, and coordinating with CRM representatives and supervisors from other CRM Cells. The specialist provides support and guidance related to order processing and customer service actions, resolves issues escalated by subordinate teams, and develops coordinated logistics solutions and marketing strategies for customers. Additionally, the specialist ensures that any applicable customer agreements are kept on track and fulfilled.
