About The Position

This position requires a qualified candidate to demonstrate sufficient experience and/or education to perform the duties associated with the role. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited program or equivalent education and experience.
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license issued by any U.S. State, the District of Columbia, Guam, or Puerto Rico.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the condition of community and individual water supply, wastewater, or solid waste facilities.
• Prepare engineering reports and cost estimates.
• Prepare design documents, construction drawings, technical specifications, and procurement documents for construction projects.
