The Catering Manager is responsible for all arrangements for catering activities at the Eisenhower Golf Club, including banquets, parties, retirements, promotions, memorials, luncheons, weddings, receptions, and bar service. This role requires obtaining pertinent information from hosts, drawing up contracts, writing Banquet Event Orders, and ensuring that all arrangements meet client requests. The Catering Manager supervises staff, schedules employees, and manages billing and accounts receivable. They also collaborate with food and beverage supervisors and perform other related duties as required.
