About The Position
The Director, Programming and Budget Division, Financial and Business Operations Executive Directorate is responsible for overseeing the Agency's program and budget processes. This includes developing, submitting, and defending all operations and investment appropriations and reimbursable requirements. The role involves leading the formulation and implementation of the Agency's Information Technology program resource profile and budget, as well as researching, interpreting, analyzing, and applying budget and financial management policy. The Director interprets and applies Department of Defense strategic direction and guidance in building all exhibits and justifications required for the Agency's formulated program and budget submissions. Additionally, the Director develops execution and assessment plans and criteria to monitor the status of funds and to project and make reprogramming recommendations to support future program requirements. This position serves as the senior individual responsible for Agency funds control and funds distribution.
