About The Position
The Supervisory Aviation Technical Systems Specialist serves as a Front Line Manager (FLM) within the National Airway Systems Engineering (NASE) group, specifically in the Beacon & Terminal Surveillance Team. This role involves managing a highly technical workforce responsible for maintaining and developing hardware and software for operational NAS systems. The position includes overseeing multiple projects, ensuring quality control, and providing field support while also being eligible for a Manager Performance Incentive (MPI) based on performance and funding availability.
