About The Position

The Supervisor position at ServiceMaster Clean involves organizing employee shifts, training, and motivating team members. Requirements

• 1-2 years' experience as a custodian, janitor, or housekeeper is a plus but not required
• Experience working for a professional janitorial company, office complex, hotel, hospital, or school is a plus
• Ability to be flexible and work in a fast-paced, multi-tasked job
• Contributing to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
• Respect and understanding for co-workers and customers
• Must be able to communicate in English; bilingual is a plus

Responsibilities

• Training cleaners on ServiceMaster's standards, products, processes, and procedures
• Overseeing staff performance and ensuring all assignments are completed according to the set task schedule
• Training cleaners on task schedules specific to individual accounts
• Performing inspections and providing constructive performance feedback to staff members
• Assigning shifts and making necessary adjustments in case of call-offs or no-shows
• Responding to customer complaints and requests in a timely and caring manner
• Ensuring compliance with safety and OSHA regulations
• Using proper PPE where required
• Opening and locking facilities, enabling and disabling security systems as required
